Will Shane Ray return?Ray, the Denver Broncos’ first-round draft pick this year, was back at practice Wednesday, 24 days after he suffered a Grade 2 tear in the medial collateral ligament of his right knee in a game at Cleveland. Ray was initially scheduled to be out four to six weeks. The Broncos’ game Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs would be four weeks from the injury he suffered on Oct. 18 in game 6 at Cleveland.Ware, a right outside linebacker and the Broncos’ top pass rusher with 6.5 sacks, is expected to miss the next two games after aggravating a lower back injury Sunday at Indianapolis. Ware finished the first half but didn’t play a snap in the second half.Ray, who is Ware’s backup at right outside linebacker, has 2.0 sacks in limited playing time this year.Besides Ray, Broncos slot receiver Jordan Norwood also returned to practice.
