A rally in Denver to protest President Donald Trump’s policy of separating migrant children from their families is being held Saturday with a few smaller events taking place in Boulder County on the same day.
The Denver rally will take place at Civic Center Park at 10 a.m. Saturday, and will be one of many taking place in various cities across the country, including in Washington, D.C., according to a website for the event.
There will also be events in Boulder at 10 a.m. that day at Frasier Meadows and Unitarian Universalist Church, and another at 1 p.m. at Sixth and Main streets in Longmont.
Boulder was already the site of a protest over the Trump administration’s policies last week.
