The owners behind Grinder’s Coffee Bar and CBD Apothecary on Kirby Drive are preparing to open a new concept in January that officials said will explore natural cannabis derivatives and hemp-infused coffee.
The upscale lounge and boutique dispensary, called Wild, will open at 2121 N. Shepherd Drive, Houston. Plans also call for the venue to operate as a coffee shop by day and a bar by night, with other available products including mocktails, cocktails and pastries, according to an Oct. 27 press release.
In a statement, Grinder’s Managing Partner Andrew Alvis said the goal is to provide cannabidiol products “that are better considered, better produced and, above all, taste and perform better.”

“Wild is going to be an enchanting place that’s energetic and approachable,” Harrison’s Chief Operating Officer Keith Anderson said in a statement. “The Wild team’s passion for its products and hemp education will be infiltrated throughout the design
