avs goal

It took 143 minutes, 28 seconds, but the Colorado Avalanche finally have their first goal of the 2014-15 season. The only thing about that is that it really shouldn’t have been a goal.

It hit goalie Niklas Svedberg right under the arm, and that’s just a harmless shot that really should never go in the net. Svedberg, of course, is the backup to Tuukka Rask in Boston, and he didn’t exactly have a great preseason, putting up an .865 save percentage in his three appearances.
